Mrs. Subarna Keshari Tuladhar Chitrakar is the Pioneer President of Parent’s Federation of Intellectual Disability (PFID) for four years from 2011/14. She has been working as a social service with disabilities since 2000. Her main moto is to advocate for the rights of individuals with Intellectual Disability. Thus, the federation has working tirelessly and raising its voices to establish separate schools/care centers for males and females.
