Mr. Mukunda Hari Dahal, is a formal President of National Association of Intellectual Disabled & Parents (NAIDP-Nepal) and Member of Asia-Pacific Member and Catalyst for Inclusive Education CIE-II). He is adviser of Parent Federation of Intellectual Disability. He is the father of Intellectual disable/autism girl child. He is the advocate of supreme court, GoN. He is devoting in this field since 2005 as a social service.
